5. Subscription & Payment Terms

• ▪Pricing Structure: Mentors independently set their subscription rates, clearly displayed on their profiles. Platform service fees may apply.
• ▪Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed according to the selected period (monthly, quarterly, annual, or lifetime). Automatic renewal applies unless cancelled.
• ▪Payment Processing: We utilize secure third-party payment processors. You agree to their terms and authorize recurring charges for active subscriptions.
• ▪Refund Policy: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or outlined in specific promotional terms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• ▪Platform Assets: All MentorTrader branding, software, designs, and platform features are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our exclusive property.
• ▪Mentor Content: Mentors retain ownership of their educational materials while granting MentorTrader a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute content within the platform during their active membership.
• ▪User Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without explicit permission.

7. Risk Disclaimers & Limitations

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in harmful behavior, or compromise platform integrity. Users may close their accounts at any time, though paid subscription fees remain non-refundable. Upon termination, access to mentor content and platform features will cease immediately.

9. Terms Modifications

MentorTrader may update these Terms periodically to reflect platform improvements or legal requirements. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
